Reading Level Assessments
The Bookworm Shop offers reading level assessments for preschoolers and elementary students. If you don't know your child's reading level, we will administer the Rigby Reading Assessment Test, which is the standard test used by the Katy Independent School District. A typical session usually lasts an hour, depending on your child's reading level.
Reading Skills Tutoring
The Bookworm Shop offers tutoring to any elementary-aged student who is having difficulty developing his or her reading skills. Topics include: decoding, phonics, reading comprehension, and reading readiness for preschool students.
